We offer a free vitality consultations to assess your current health goals and needs. Based on your lifestyle, stress levels, and symptoms, we recommend the tier that best supports your wellness journey — whether you're just starting out or ready for full transformation.

2: Are the therapies safe and science-backed?

Yes. All of our therapies — including cryotherapy, red light therapy, IV hydration, and salt therapy — are non-invasive and based on clinically studied methods. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and our team is trained to deliver care with precision and care.

3: How long is a typical session, and how often should I come?

Most therapy sessions range from 15 to 45 minutes, depending on the service. Some clients benefit from weekly visits, while others come multiple times a week for targeted recovery or detox. We’ll create a personalized schedule based on your goals.

4: What should I expect during my first visit?

Your first visit includes a warm welcome, a brief intake or consultation, and a guided introduction to the therapies you've chosen. We’ll make sure you feel comfortable, answer any questions, and tailor the experience to your needs from the start.
